Pray that it doesn’t break…… – michibilly – Rustic Michigan
Until two weeks ago, I loved this TV. I non-HD/non-flat an upgrade from a 32-inch television screen. The picture quality is wonderful, the sound was really good, but I still connected that up to a Yamaha receiver.

Here's what happened. Just over two weeks ago we were watching TV and then go left to the outside to do some underground work. After dinner we decided to make a movie, so I turned to watch television. Nothing. Normally, when a Samsung TV is off, there is a small red light. When you switchon, the picture is not enough and the red light goes off. No red light. I unplugged the TV from the wall socket and was connected directly into a wall outlet (the DVD on the same power strip, and was working). Then I removed the cable and went into the kitchen and put away in the small Samsung TV. Worked great. Dang. I moved the TV and Information TV was still under warranty. I called Samsung.

Looking for a few seconds to a real person answerand I said to the dead power supply problem. He told me that someone call me to settle in 3-5 business days for repair. WHAT? Three to five days just to talk to someone for repair? Nine days later, someone finally called and said he would be sent my 'ticket' to solve problems. WHAT? After nine days, still no date for repair? The twelfth day I received a call from one type of repair from a local company and used to make repairs, and asked whether thePart of the power supply had not yet come. WHAT? What role? I called Samsung again and they gave me the number of the Guru, society, doing their work for the repair, and the company that subcontracts with other local repair. I realize now that are twice removed from Samsung and do not coordinate these repairs, but ME.

The GURU recall after two weeks, and the part not yet ordered !!!!! Two weeks after my first call and the party is not yet? Appointed? WHY NOT?Nobody knew it was not ordered by the Guru, so now the blame Samsung. Now I think that Samsung is stalled until the warranty expires, what will happen in about two weeks. Why in the world would do as many layers of Mayhem uncoordinated to a simple exchange of a power supply? I'm guessing sometime within the next month or two someone will fix this TV, and I suspect will be around 15 minutes of work.

If the television we have loved working there. The image quality wasgreat and the sound was quite good. It has features that are quite pleasant and easy to find the configuration were. However, I would buy a new one? Probably not.

Great TV, shipping info misleading – JULIE HOLZMAN –
Television is great! Even if the person who has not seemed to know, was believed to be able to provide white glove, has to open it, put it on the stand and turn. To order the TV, but Amazon seduced you think you can do in five days, when in fact, that the additional costs, and it took two weeks to get to get it. So be careful when ordering. Overall but television is great and not beat the price.

nice and easy – dgpena –
Very nice and easy to use and configure. No complaining about the TV. This is to get the best 40 "HDTV you at that price.

Samsung LN40C630 40 is Excellent – Kalyan –
This TV is awesome. The setup is very simple. The picture and sound quality is excellent. The delivery was made by a pilot. They were very good. They waited until I return to my house, which was set-up TV and made sure it was turned on before leaving. Prevent the transmission of Crutchfield. I ordered last month handed over the LCD, which has been broken, the screen is completely destroyed. I returned and got it.
