item received today – 12/1/09. Thanks a lot for ruining the Christmas surprise for my husband! The box was delivered as promised but there was outer packaging to cover the picture of the inversion table. So – no surprise under the tree with this gift.

At first, I was in shock. When I opened the box, bolts and nuts fell out, they were just randomly put in there without any package. When I looked at the instructions, I panicked. All the numbers blurred before my eyes, so I called my daughter to help me. We spent a ridiculous amount of time finding parts #16, #17, #24, etc etc etc as it was in the instruction. If you are planning on assembling this thing alone, dont even think about it. It is too complicated and when you put it together, numerous parts have to be held stable by someone else, since it is all shaking and falling apart.

However, once you put it together, its a very nice table for this cost. It goes a little too far upside down, but you can adjust the length of it, like on backpack straps. It is pretty stable despite the dangerous look. Also, I would not recommend inversing by yourself, someone has to be present just in case you cant get up for some reason. And dont stay upside down for too long or your brains can fall out :) just kidding :)

Happy inversing :)
